Sano better work his ass off this winter! He needs to get in the best shape of his life. He needs a personal trainer and a nutritionist. He should go to a military style training camp or American Ninja Warrior style. He also needs to work with a hitting guru everyday. Then next April he'll be ready to dominate the majors.

Chief's is a keen mathematical mind, and he looks at these things from the perspective of rigorous Set Theory, perhaps Differential Geometry as well. In this view a winning streak can even consist of zero wins. He can be forgiven for overlooking the vernacular meaning of this particular term.
