He's third on the team in OPS (fourth if you count Vargas). His swing is fine. What's he going to get in AAA? Seems punitive.

Well 38 games left.  Current record is 49-75.  They need to go 14-24 to avoid 100 L's.  They are 9-11 since the break.  They would have to play at a .370 clip the rest of the way to hit 100 losses.  They have played .395 clip as a whole for this season.  I would argue it would be tougher to actually get to 100 L's rather than tough to avoid it.

Luckily for me, it ended at almost exactly the same time that I said it was over. Pug got up and strrrrrretched to cast vote that it was over too, and anyone not afraid to crap behind the sofa in order to voice displeasure has veto power at Casa de Bombo. Out we go.

Unfortunately they seem to have reverted to their old ways since that game we led against Houston that never actually happened. 3-8 since then.
