Given the history and geology of the Bay area,   i wouldn't want to count on the damage stopping there..

I was raised on a farm with electric fences, I can verify this. One of my brothers, in an alcoholic stupor peed on a electric fence one night to see what would happen. Suffice it to say that was the only time he ever did it!

Sadly it wasn't low voltage, it was what we called a weed burner. As for "smarter than my brother", that might be a thread unto itself! :)
