Mike Berardino wrote a great article on Jose Berrios and his grueling workout instructor Josue Lionel Rivera. 

 

It goes into more depth and reasoning for the intense workouts. It talks about their relationship and the importance of faith to the born-again Berrios. 

 

Something I wasn't even aware of, Berrios's wife is 5-months pregnant with a son.
