I don't know.....my point wasn't about what I think, but what Ryan thinks. He's never acted in a way to push all the chips in, ever. If he really thinks they are contenders, and doesn't go in, it is hard to justify the inaction. If he really doesn't think they are contenders, then nibbling on the edges for a RP or two is probably fine. Of course, that is a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you don't add elite players....you are less likely to contend.....
