Steven Buhr Verified Member Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 You can read the 2,000+ words I wrote about how I'm feeling about what Terry Ryan should (and shouldn't) do next, after the Park and Murphy additions (and Herrmann & Hicks subtractions) by clicking here. But just to go on record with my Opening Day roster, it would look like this: C: Murphy1B: Mauer2B: DozierSS: Escobar3B: PlouffeLF: RosarioCF: BuxtonRF: SanoDH: Park Bench:- D Santana- Suzuki- Arcia- Nunez Rotation:- E Santana- Duffey- Gibson - Hughes- Doug Fister (via FA) Bullpen:- Perkins- Jepsen- May- Meyer- Berrios- Milone- Darnell (or Nolasco, if you just can't let him and his contract go or if you feel it's necessary to keep Berrios or Meyer in Rochester to keep them stretched out for a possible rotation replacement)
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 I like your angle of picking up Fister on a 1 year prove it to me kind of deal. I think he could bounce back from a rough 2015 campaign and be a dark horse to be a top of the rotation kind of pitcher again.
