CFL fan?

All my life, and College. My local CFL team is pretty awful these days as well so I have no room to talk. Grey Cup is in Winnipeg this year but the Bombers are a long, long shot at this point. Although in a 9 team loop, it doesn't take much.

 

I'm a long time fantasy football participant but for some reason the NFL doesn't grab me as a viewer. I'll probably take in a game once the new stadium is finished though, I've seen a bunch at the Dome. 

 

Off to TCF to see the Gophers this weekend.

Yes Santana pinch hit for buxton.   Why Vargas did not pinch hit is beyond me.  If Vargas gets on, then you can pinch run Santana.  Perplexing.

It took getting rid of Dieter to win their first Grey Cup in 24 years. The year after they traded him for Tommy Clements, they won the cup, against Brock and the Ti-Cats.

 

And by Dieter I'm sure you mean Ralph, as he'll always be known to me.

Bummer that the kid couldn't come up with another hit, but seeing him bat as the cleanup hitter with the game on the line and the team in the playoff hunt with two weeks to go is waaaay more than I expected from either him or the team for most of the season.

About the 20 in the closed end. I hope the bars in Dinkeytown have gotten their **** together. Last year, you were lucky to get a beer in an hour.
