Cedar Rapids Gets 5 MWL All-Stars

Per Jeff Johnson, the Cedar Representatives will be represented by five players at the Midwest League All Star game.

 

Trey Vavra was named a starter at 1B. 

 

The others are pitchers Felix Jorge, Jared Wilson, Trevor Hildenberger and Cam Booser.

The MWL All Star game is June 23 in Peoria.

Wow, what if Vavra is more than a Toby Gardenhire draft pick. He sure can hit.

 

Like Felix Jorge a lot. Saw him mop up in Cedar Rapids last year shortly before his demotion.
