August Pitching Splits

Here's the August pitching numbers. As good as the Twins' hitting numbers were last month, these numbers are bad. The bullpen has regressed badly. I do think they are worn out, but they aren't as good as their ERAs and regression to the mean is part of what has happened.

I wouldn't be offended if the club called up five or six pitchers today and shut down or released three or four.
