Nothing of real interest here, just amazing to me how far away it seems from Joe Mauer's magical 2009 campaign. Losing seasons, especially when the team is losing bad, seem to stretch time into infinity. Waiting for next season takes a long time when you have to start waiting early in the season. This must be sort of what it feels like to be a Cubs fan.
