The Big Question for the Off Season - Contend in 2013 or Rebuild?

First Up - Contend 2013.   If the Twins choose this - then hard choices and changes in their style is going to be necessary for them to contend next season. The press should be asking these questions.   Here is what they need to do:   Aquire 2 Starters either by Free Agency or Trade Trade a CF (Either Span or Revere) Aquire either 3B, SS, and/or 2B (At least one) Add another Reliever   The Hard choices:   Free Agency should be an option and should be used.
