  1. Rogers has allowed an .810 OPS to RHB. That’s a bit worse than the .766 he allowed last season. He is what he is. He’ll likely have a long career doing it.
  2. Better lucky than good. According to gameday, that pitch almost hit Candelario.
  3. 10 straight fastballs. Maybe something else Bobby?
  4. Most of the pitches he’s missing the zone he’s missing by a lot. Command needs substantial improvement.
  5. Magill is pitching “backwards”. Typically, to most hitters you throw fastballs in on the hands and throw breaking balls away.
  6. Ok. Magill. Intriguing to say the least.
  7. Moya. Interesting. Well, the Twins do need to see if he can handle higher leverage situations. And his change up should help neutralize Castellanos.
  8. Rogers for the 8th. Just pitch around Castellanos.
  9. Of course, if an infielder were to get hurt now, it could be a problem.
  10. Kepler pinch hit here? Or Mauer?
  11. 5 years, $ 200 mil. He’s gunna hit .800 for the rest of the year and forever. Really.
  12. That’s all any team would need to do. It’s literally zero risk. Maybe he can learn a knuckle ball.
  13. Maybe he needs to get baked instead. Maybe it would help.
  14. Wonder if Hughes will latch on somewhere next year. They basically would get him for free.
  15. Now the question for the rest of the game is can Forsythe get to the plate in the 8th for a shot at 6?
  16. I suspect the 20-30 people who haven’t left yet, will do so after the 7th inning stretch.
  17. I seriously don’t believe Wilson has gotten a strike (other than balls in play) on anything besides sliders.
  18. According to gameday, that pitch almost hit Rosario...
  19. Wilson appears to have a pretty good slider. And apparently no other serviceable pitch.
  20. I didn’t think there was such a thing as a less selective hitter than Sano. Looks like the Twins found him.
