The Minnesota Twins beat the Giants 4-2 Saturday, Winning yet another game started by Simeon Woods Richardson. Carlos Santana also had an impressive output at the plate. Down on the farm, an overview of both Friday and Saturday's action is included. Players highlighted include Randy Dobnak, Christian MacLeod and Charlee Soto. -
Willi Castro became the first Sire of Fort Myers to make the All-Star Game after he was selected as a replacement for Jose Altuve. The Minnesota Twins were rained out Tuesday and split a doubleheader with the White Sox Wednesday. Here's some info on those games plus a rundown of the minor league action from both days. For Fort Myers, Walker Jenkins was scratched from Tuesday's lineup and did not play Wednesday. Here's hoping we see him again before too long. Highlights of Luke Keaschall, Zebby Matthews and Edouard Julien are included.

Video: Twins Win Game, Lose Royce Lewis?

The Minnesota Twins set a franchise record by homering in a 20-consecutive games and picked up a victory over Tarik Skubal and the Tigers, but it appears they may be without Royce Lewis for at least a little bit. Lewis suffered a groin injury and told reporters he wasn't optimistic about avoiding the IL. Players featured in tonight's recap include Manuel Margot, Carlos Correa, Byron Buxton, Simeon Woods Richardson, Jhoan Duran, Brooks Lee, Andrew Morris, Walker Jenkins and more. View full video -

It's the first Monday of the month, that means it's time to update my Minnesota Twins top-50 prospects list. Let me know what you think. David Festa cracked the top five while Zebby Matthews, Andrew Morris and Brandon Winokur entered my top 10 for the first time. Some other big movers inside the top 20 were Ricardo Olivar and Yasser Mercedes. Entering the list for the first time was 19-year-old FCL pitcher Adrian Bohorquez, among a couple others.

Here are my picks for Minnesota Twins midseason minor league all-stars. We recently passed the midway point for most of the minor league schedule, so I figured it was a good time to recognize some guys. This helps put a spotlight on some less heralded names who are performing at a high level. Along with a lot of the top prospects and other incredible performers you'd expect (Emmanuel Rodriguez, Luke Keaschall, David Festa, Zebby Matthews), guys like Michael Helman, Caleb Boushley, Ricardo Velez and Gabriel Yanez made the cut.

The Minnesota Twins won 3-0 in Oakland behind impressive performances from Pablo López and Byron Buxton. Pablo delivered eight shutout innings and struck out 14 batters. Buck hit an impressive homer and later added an RBI double, shouldering the offense in a low-scoring affair. Down in the minors, Jose Olivares had an impressive start for the Mighty Mussels while former Indy Ballers Matthew Clayton and Rixon Wingrove provided the power for the lineup. View full video
