  1. I guess. Let's keep that bottom or the order rolling then!
  2. Why wouldn't you put Rosario in the 5 hole? He has been mashing! Moli must not want to break up Rosario Escobar and Suzuki, who have been very productive together as of late..
  3. Man, Hicks would be real nice in RF right now...
  4. Do any of the pitchers happen to have six fingers on their left hand?
  5. But I'm emotionally attached to Perkins..
  6. I know we didn't call Berrios up at the opportune time to make the spot start that Mays did, but the fact is that right now, despite the fact he would be better than most of our starters, we don't have a spot for him in the rotation. That leaves the len. Has Berrios ever proven he can be effective out of the pen? There is a big difference between getting ready on short notice for 3 outs vs getting ready for a start. You pull him out of his role, who knows..
  7. I totally agree with baseball having unpredictable playoffs, but all I see is Pelfrey and Hughes getting crushed by superior batters. The worst roster in the history of baseball is a ridiculous statement though. Despite our holes at ss and catcher (even though they are both hot right now) I'm happy with our position players. But, there is no way our below average starters all get hot and win us games. The mind boggles at the potential of a Pelfrey Milne Gibson trio winning the world series.
  8. Why does everyone say he should be a utility player? Those numbers are good enough to be a starting shortstop on many teams. I don't care how versatile he is, why would you bench a guy with superior numbers to anyone else in the twins system just so you can have him available to fill other roles. There are so many .250 utility infielders out there, why pigeonhole Escobar into that role? Start him at ss until someone inside the organization Challenges him.
  9. The idea of trading any of our starting pitchers now that we have a "suplus" just feels so wrong after so many years of fuitility. No way we give Gibby or Berrios up for Tulo.
  10. "Watching" the game through MLB Gameday is a lesson in frustration.
  11. The guide on Comcast even has them listed as airing on FSN. And because of MLB restrictions you can't listen to 96.3 online and hear the game. ugh! dumb.
