    The guys at work, when I mentioned Al's Beef, especially the location we ate at ... they were almost ... incredulous. They said it was the worst of all the Al's Beef and that we should've gone to Portillo's instead.

    Come on, people ... don't start nipping at every post and poster because it's not to your liking. The OP was a serious question ... who is next in line when Perkins is really out? It's a legitimate discussion. Don't start piling on with defensiveness and nonsense ... it gets old.

    It's very possible. I've had various hand, arm and shoulder issues through the years. I've learned to 'listen' to the smallest tweak, even if it seems like nothing and doesn't really hurt, because your body will overcompensate in other places and that can just make matters worse. And it's really hard to know when you need to just 'work through it' or stop and evaluate or stop and rest.

    I could whine all day long about what the Twins should have done in regards to Pelfrey but didn't. I could also whine all day long about what the Twins shouldn't have done in regards to Pelfrey but did. But neither of those scenarios are productive. It's truly frustrating, yes indeed, in the chase for a WC spot, to witness a game like this when we needed better. My guess is he finishes out the season, as a starter, whether I like it or not, and won't be re-signed next year unless he agrees to a role in the BP, but I'm not sure I even want that from him at this point.
