    The Chicago Tribune picked the Yankees to finish 4th, and Red Sox to finish 5th in the East. I always hope for the small miracles.

    Frankly, I just don't understand those who claim what they do in the name of religious principle, then turn around and use that as a cover for nothing more than hate. For me, treating others as you would have them treat you is nothing more than a standard for equality. But for those who claim to be guided by religious principles, I guess the Golden Rule applies only to those who are what you think they should be and not who they are.

    Changing the direction a little ... but those who have had both MLB.Tv and Comcast Extra Innings ... which do you prefer? Which would you choose? Time to make a choice in order to get Twins games.

    This is why I pay for an audio subscription so I can mute the TV when the Twins are playing the Sox.

    I guess for Mauer to be good in some people's minds he can never make an out and must hit a home run at every at bat and must carry the team to victory every time despite the 'weaknesses' around him. Yeah, ok, a bit over the top, but I seriously fail to understand anyone's anti-Mauer arguments.

    It's certainly creative and I like how they've 'repurposed' things. Most of it I like. Not a fan of the kitchen. Love the Twins themed girls room!

    Not to derail this thread but with the U of MN out, anyone pulling for any particular team? It was exciting to be in Ft. Myers and have the FGCU Eagles do so amazing ... what a fun team to watch!
