Heh ... I was once at this very nice bar near me, listening to music with friends, and I asked the bartender to make me something 'special' ... he made me a cocktail with Chartreuse ... it was very good, and did the trick ... it was a happy evening
Chartreuse is very good. It's flavor profile is pretty potent though so a little goes a long way. So, it takes forever to go through a bottle!
Nice bars are fun that way. A good bartender can be a lot of fun if they can do things like that.
