    Matt Bowman was selected by the Orioles for the 4th time this season, so they can only do it one more time after this. Mets re-signed Richard Lovelady again too.

    Dug through the forum to find this thread but we have an update. Franco found guilty of sexual assault of a minor. He gets a 2 year suspended sentence, provided he meets the requirement of no attempting to contact a minor for sexual purposes. The mother of the child was found guilty of trafficking's a minor and gets 10 years in prison. She also accepted payments from Franco to stay quiet. It's a joke that the mom gets a much bigger sentence. And a bigger joke he gets no prison time.

    Recetly released from his AAA deal with ST Paul, Richard Lovelady has signed a major league deal with the Mets. Well, I should say Dicky Lovelady.

    Catching up on some moves recently: Mets have brought Brandon Waddell back up Angels DFA'd Shaun Anderson Gio Urshela to the IL for the A's Chase Petty sent back to AAA by the Reds Nick Burdi sent to AAA by the Yankees

    Former Twins legend John Gant had his contract purchased by the Royals form the Atlantic League. He's going to AAA first but when he gets called up it will be his first MB action since 2021.

    They don't even have to spend any extra money to do it so that's not the reason. Audra can host it at the park with whoever the analyst for the game is.

    Was looking for another thread to post this one in but Willi played 27 games or more at 6 positions last year, plus 2 pitching appearances. I find it funny that RF was not one of them and he's played there a few times recently.

    Immediately. Should be the first one to go after this game right now. Overslides 2B by a mile then botches a routine ground ball leading to runs. Get him off this team.

    Provus just said in an update that they'll be airing the Kernels game in 30 minutes, which would be at 6:15 Central so 6:10 doesn't sound like it's happening. Oh and it has yet to rain in CLE.

    Because he's gotten so few reps he could use some game time. I get he's not a prospect. He's getting the least playing time of anyone on the team.

    I think they could also consider optioning Kiersey since he is barely playing even with Wallner out. He could use some consistent playing time in AAA.

    40 man will return to 40 shortly as they have traded for Kody Clemens from PHI. Keaschall will go on the IL.
