I swear to God, what does Bo-shears do with his off days? Is he out baling hay somewhere? Workin' on a chain gang out on Highway 61? He's got the reddest neck I've seen since my uncle out there harvesting flax.
Hi gang! Just catching up! Wow, we're not getting our brains beat in yet, and still have a chance to .... oops, Dozier-K. Well, anyway. What's all this about Arcia????!!!!! Don't the Twins FO read these posts?!?!?!? Delmon Young/Brendan Harris, Kevin Jepsen--- I thought we agreed- NO MORE TRADES WITH TAMPA!!!!!
Oh, you mean like he should have been doing in February and March, and April, and..... That's good to hear. The Twinks putting their prize offensive talent at a position he's already been playing for years. Novel approach that.
I concur with that sentiment. We're well in the lead in that race so far, why give up now? But--- I reserve special animosity for that club from the Bronx. Even if it costs the #1 slot to the Braves, I want them to go in there and beat the living hell outta dem Yanks. I know, I know, pie in the sky. Pipedream. But the Senators did it in Damn Yankees, maybe one of the Twinks will turn into Shoeless Joe just for this one series, so we can Moider dem Yanks. Show of hands?
Tampa just plucks out our eyeballs and puts in grapes. They feel the same, but don't quite work as well. Heh... nice to see that return they got for Jeps was the starter in the Southern League All Star Game this week. I concur wholeheartedly. No more Rays trades.
WINNAH!! *Caution* The Chicken Dinnah cited in the linked article not for the faint of heart. http://hongkong.coconuts.co/2016/06/22/hungry-lawyer-chicken-pole-kowloons-tai-chung-wah
Oh, my. 2/3 of the Twinks' OF future, throwing some leather tonight. Now if only Kep had thrown his leather in the right direction a couple innings earlier.... But still, a pair of fine, fine catches, and no corn involved in either one.
wow, these Phillie OFs... Thanks, boys. And young Kep, once again, got the right idea, did the right thing. Wow, it's really nice, in this lost year, to see somebody who looks like he knows how to play baseball. Now, about those fielding gaffes....
Kep is having the rookie struggles, but man, he goes up there with the right idea- and he's executed the last couple of days at the plate. That bunt yesterday, and now taking one up the middle, which is exactly what you do with the middle infield back and runner on 3rd.
