    I fully understand in 2025 MLB a pitcher has to go max velocity or else they’ll be lost in the minors. However, guys like this Yankees reliever (now previous - De Lo Santos) shouldn’t be throwing max velocity. He has no idea where it’s going after it leaves his hand
