    Just saw Reusse ribbing Mayer on twitter for RBI total vs Fulds. Why are people bashing the guy who will likely end up being our best statistical hitter by end of season? He will be the reason why this offense continues to be successful long-term. People that want to complain about one of top offenses currently, should be whining about Flo and Hicks.

    Crazy idea alert! If hicks keeps struggling send him to AA and throw him in the bullpen. See how he does. When he is ready, if he is ready, call him up and you have Gardys true dream player. Fast, can't hit, plays defense and can throw the living fire out of the ball. Would actually be pretty cool. Not sure I've heard of anyone doing that, obviously the opposite with Ankiel, but he switched for good.

    However, if Hicks had a very poor next 5 games, I could see him going down for Willy or Ozzie. Herrman looks competent in RF and can catch, so adds more value to the bench since that allows Gardy to always play Pinto.

    Eh, I would say they will compliment eachother well while improving OF defense when they are in together. If I was hicks, I would be more concerned about Fuld taking his job as 4th OF next year when Buxton is manning CF.

    Anyone hear on Monte Harrison out of Missouri? Nebraska football recruit? How has be done this spring so far? I'm hoping he either gets drafted by us somewhere or goes to Nebraska.

    The Twins have made me go all-in, again. Can't wait to catch the Twins in action this weekend, HOPEFULLY! Excited for the #2 offense in the league to add a couple legit threats to the lineup soon, with Arcia and Willingham coming within the next week or so, I'd assume. Hope they bring Nunez with them and send Escobar, Herrman, and Burton down. I'd like to keep Herrman up so that Gardy will not be afraid to use Pinto, but hopefully the way Pinto has performed will force Gardy to face his biggest fear! ONLY TWO CATCHERS ON 1 ROSTER!

    I am worried that he refuses to do something he apparently has worked hard at. Bunting for basehits. He has been extremely unlucky (please don't SABR me here) it seems. The balls he has hit hard seem to find a glove. I'm also curious where the power he displayed went as well. I'm still a believer. I hope Fuld gets CF 3 starts every two weeks against RHP, give Hicks a little adjustment time without benching him, or sending him to AAA.
