Agree with the o-line, although to the extent a rush got through, it seemed to go through the right side, Fries had some problems. Jackson and Kelly were road graders. Really fun to watch.
I think KOC had a good game plan - but he usually does. His problem has been adjusting during games - not during the week. Today, essentially everything went right, he didn't need to do much adjusting.
I thought JJ had a very nice game, he made a number of good passes and his run for a first down from the 4 was a big play at the time. That second drive was a killer. I hope this is a bit like mid-way through last year when teams just said Darnold couldn't throw to Jefferson. He struggled a bit but then opened up, hitting other receivers, and the offense got better. Today, for the first time, it looked like JJ wasn't trying to force things and just took open receivers, even TEs.
Addison had another couple drops. bleh. He's not been helpful this year.
The draft position thing isn't that big a problem. We need JJ to improve. If he improves, we likely win. So be it. I'm ok going from the 8th pick to the 14th if that means we have an answer at QB. Plus, you don't think KAM can draft, so it doesn't really matter. These last five games - now four - are all about JJ developing. And, frankly, the last four games aren't easy - two road games at Dallas and NY (I guess that might be easy) and then the Packers and a Detroit team very likely fighting for a playoff team. I suspect if we win those games, JJ has furthered his development. And if he sucks, we probably lose them all.
