There are zero current service time considerations, and there haven't been any since the super two date came and went. While nobody knows what that date actually was for 2026 rookies, it was months ago.
Super two status has historically varied between 114 and 146 days of MLB service time. This year its expected to be in the low 140s, for 2026 rookes.
That means 2028 super two status for 2026 rookies was no longer a factor sometime in May.
Calling up Jenkins (or any rookie) any time after that date has zero service time implications. None.
There are potential 40 man roster implications, however.
