    Sometimes modern analytics aren't well thought out. For a long time UZR (which Fangraphs still uses for defense for fWAR to this day) made no adjustments for ballpark. Just divided fields into "zones." But the zones were the same for every ball park. A ball hit off the wall at Fenway in left might be considered "should have been caught" because it was only 340 feet from home plate. Even though it hit 15 feet up the wall. They've since made some adjustment to that, but still. Stupid.

    There's no point. It's not that Laz is trying to call a bad game. He's not capable of calling a better one. Yelling at him won't help that.
