  1. Brooks Lee just does nothing for me as a hitter.
  2. Something something "is that a large hose or are you just happy to see me..."
  3. Twins are undefeated when I'm in attendance. If youse guys wanna take up a crowd source thing to send me to more games, lemme know. 100 level seats, naturally.
  4. I yelled "Hey France, little 2 out Ribeye here" So I get credit for the lead.
  5. For the record, Keirsey has started 7 games in 2025. Twins are 3-4 in those 7 games. He's appeared in 27 games total, but has only accumulated 29 PAs. .069/.069/.069 One could argue 29 PAs is too many. Also, this **** is really easy to find... https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/k/keirsda01.shtml
  6. Thought that was out. But nothing wrong with an RBI double!
  7. "Fees and taxes included." $23 for 2 tix is a fantastic deal. It's just not a very attractive product
  8. Lewis fits right in. And jogged to first. Call me old school, but if he can't run, he shouldn't be playing
  9. Teams did it for 150 years They did it by training their pitchers to do it.
  10. Royce Lewis is already a development failure. He was drafted 1-1 in 2017 ferpetesakes and here we are on 2025 discussing where he should be playing, if anywhere. He can't stay on the field, and we're not even sure he can hit. Tell me how that's not a massive failure.
  11. Rocco is not THE problem. He certainly is A problem. Pretending he isn't one is among the organization's biggest problems.
  12. Someone do me a favor....check with Fangraphs and find out if we still have the best bullpen in baseball.
  13. You're not defending Rocco? You don't care? You spend hundreds--thousands of words daily defending Rocco. At least be honest. BTW, nobody is saying the Twins don't have a talent problem. Well, almost nobody. What people are saying is Rocco is part and parcel of that talent deficiency. I dont think thats even debatable. And the simplest deficiency to attempt to fix. Also BTW, managers DO matter. A lot.
  14. Somehow, one person found reason to downvote this. Not sure how, it's pretty simple stuff.
  15. In all seriousness, these kinds of seemingly innocuous, small mistakes really add up. Particularly in close games....for teams having trouble scoring... Witness the differences in execution in today's 9th and 10th innings
  16. There are several other possible outcomes if Lee breaks for third on contact when France breaks for home. The two most likely: If the ground ball is to third, as in this case, and the third baseman throws home, we end up with 1st and 3rd, one out. Still can score a run without a hit. If the 3rd baseman elects the easy out and simply waits to tag Lee, we score a run. If you're gonna run the contact play in that situation, both runners need to run. I don't know who effed up in this case, whether the contact play was on. I suspect it was, with Clemens and Vazquez due up. I do know that baserunning is a pretty consistent team weskness.
  17. Seriously? You think a catcher can get off a throw with his leg bent, knee and buttocks on the ground, as from a crouch?? Seriously?? And no...90% of catchers aren't doing this in stolen base situations.
