  1. Twins bats have been waking up. Pitchers need to do the same...
  2. Walk, Plouffe, Walk! Take that Walk! Edit: Ok, I'll take that back
  3. I hope Odor's response to ump ends up in a highlight reel :-)
  4. Shoot. Sano didn't look too good running to 1st.
  5. He is really good at coming in on the ball. Surprising he can make those off-balance throws.
  6. Buxton singles! He's been making a lot of contact recently. Only a matter of time....
  7. Sano really working the count in his first 2 AB's back!
  8. Three nuns were attending a baseball game. Three men were sitting directly behind. Because their habits were partially blocking the view, the men decided to badger the nuns hoping that they’d get annoyed enough to move to another area. In a very loud voice, the first guy said, "I think I'm going to move to Utah. There are only 100 nuns living there." Then the second guy spoke up and said, "I want to go to Montana, there are only 50 nuns living there." The third guy said, "I want to go to Idaho. There are only 25 nuns living there." The mother superior turned around, looked at the men, and in a very sweet and calm voice said, "Why don’t you go to hell... There aren’t any nuns there!"
  9. Feeling good about tonight. Nice warm day [er, 94] for a good start from Santana and a welcome back for Sano.
  10. http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0535/6917/products/despairdemotivator.jpeg?v=1403275969 Happy, now? Just kidding. I'm looking at some positives: Plouffe has been moved around, playing different positions. When Sano went down, Kepler has come in and is improving at a steady pace. With that improvement and the Plouffe rotation, Sano is now playing 3rd and Park was sent down, which was the right move. Duffey had a bounce back game With the struggles of the starting staff, the bullpen has been hanging in there [ minus Jepsen ] Nunez keeps hitting, but honestly needs a couple days off. He defense is getting worse, from not good I'd like to see Berrios and Meyer get fair shots and, if / when in trouble, get pulled quickly. I don't like what Twins did to them earlier this year. And I'd like to see other MiLB players rotated in this year as a prep for Spring Training next year.
  11. OMG Albert King AND Stevie Ray Vaughn! Thanks

  13. I'll post this link once again. MiLB players, no matter how high their ranking is, will take some time to adapt to the MLB: http://www.startribune.com/phil-miller-s-sunday-insider-red-sox-show-how-patience-with-prospects-can-be-rewarded/383534181/
  14. In deference to Terry Ryan: So let it be written, so let it be done. sigh, couldn't find a Terry Ryan pharaoh meme. I'll go with this one:
  15. and like good American tourists, Buzz and Neil left a ton of garbage behind....
