    Roden is above average defensively.

    Keaschall has played all of 11 games in CF and 15 in RF. This is what happens when you play musical chairs with defensive positions, you have to live with the learning curve. And Roden is not young anymore and is who everyone wants in RF.

    There are at least 5 guys down there that deserve a shot more than Gray and could actually help the team. But they decided to take the safe route which is not how you win championships.

    We always quote stats and I get that to some degree. But then what is the magic number that they are supposed to be at to be called up. From some of the reports I have seen about Jenkins, many are saying he is ready. He may not hit for a lot of home runs initially but should have doubles power. His approach at the plate should translate at this level as well. You need a shot in the arm with Buxton going down, why not call up your top prospect when he is this close. You don't say one day we are in buy mode, then bring Gray up the next day. As for infielders, they love moving people around and both Martin and Keaschall can play the infield as well.

    Zoll did say it was going to be a lengthy rehab though, so I am not sure we will see him this year.

    Anyone can stand at any spot in the field just like in Little League.

    You can't trade Caratini, he can play 1B. A requirement for any position player on the Twins is that they can at least stand at 2 or more positions.

    I agree about Culpepper. But Zoll saying last night he was in buy mode, then he makes this move. How much more contradictory can he be.

    I would love for someone on here try to seriously defend this move. Gray isn't even a major league caliber player, that has been established.

    It is so hard to get excited about this team when they make a move like this. Tell me one thing that Gray does to help this team. And if it is because LH, I don't care. If they try to put him at SS and Kreidler in CF against RH pitching, you better keep the remote away from me because it may go thru the tv.. Kreidler is someone who can play CF when you are playing musical chairs at the end of the game. How many shallow fly balls dropped in when he was in CF due to him not taking control. And there were almost a couple of collisions as well.

    It was reported he got an injection today. I am guessing he is down at least a couple of days.

    Yes teams are lining up to include Gray in a trade and steal him from us.

    I see Gray got pulled early from the Saints game, I really hope they aren't call him up. Has anyone heard anything specific about why he was pulled.
