    I really don't understand exposing the 3rd catcher to waivers either, for David Murphy. Especially because when Danny Santana comes off the DL, we have to figure out what to do with our 7 OFs (Arcia, Buxton, Kepler, Sano, Rosario, Santana, and supposedly, Murphy). They really need to clear 2 of these, and clearly, it won't be Murphy if they are going through the hassle of getting him up here. So do they send both Buxton and Kepler down? If they try to send Arcia down, he's gone (claimed) and that would be absolutely stupid to lose both the 3rd catcher and Arcia for David Murphy. I'm not even making a point, so I'll be done here. David Murphy.

    There will be no sending Park to AAA until at least April 18 when they are doing a Park promotion at Target Field. If he's still struggling after that , they'll send him down for a bit - some time between April 25 and April 30. In the meantime, Arcia against right-handers, Kepler into an everyday role the rest of the time he is here, Perkins to the DL to see if he can gain some velocity and replace him with whichever of the minor league bullpen arms we want to audition. At the end of Perkins DL, if Fien is still struggling, DFA Fien and either keep the same minor league arm up or try another auditioner. edit: clarifying who i'd DFA

    There is definitely some sort of afterlife. First, you see a bright light. Then, you end up near the top of Target Center. From there, I saw Him wearing a Tigers hat, and he had a big, thick mustache. Although maybe that wasn't Him. Maybe I caught the last 10 minutes of an old episode of Magnum, P.I. Anyway, I assume He wants us to repent for something. If I see Him again, I'll ask.
