Thanks. Up until recent days I have had a "wait and see" opinion on Trump. I think that opinion is changing.

I don't feel like I am vilifying her. I just don't think there's anything special about her as a presidential candidate. She generated a lot of enthusiasm years ago, including from me, but the intervening years have given us a clearer look at her time as senator. Is she the best qualified candidate in the race? Yes, by far, I agree.

Don't forget the Nazi salutes and endorsements from the openly racist groups. But there's only one quote here that's really bothersome. Otherwise, shortened and presented out of context as they were, any person might have said any of them. Given Trump is almost a lock to win the nomination, it will be both amazing and frightening to watch how this campaign unfolds.

You are really going to make me dig up a bunch of links? "Preserve our gains" and "we can't lose everything we have worked for" are variations on the theme. Granted I'm not fully paying attention yet but she's saying those things over and over.

I'm not ok with the service time thing, but it is what it is. There's a good chance he's one of the best 5 starters right now for 2016, much harder to evaluate right now if he's one of the best 5 starters of our 2022 staff. In fact, besides Berrios, I can't name a single guy on that staff! -

Still, if Hillary's main message is "can't let that guy win!" she will not get my vote. I'm sure in her heart of hearts she cares about minorities and the poor, but her top priority as a career politician is now Goldman Sachs and Wall Street, and only after she makes sure they are happy will social policy or anything else get any attention. To me, it's almost worth a roulette pull (Donald Trump) to maybe try to break this system up. I guess I don't know enough about how to get this fixed the right way and some days I might wake up and take my chances. I really have no idea. There is no way to predict where this goes as long as Trump is in the race.

Thanks. Every time I find myself hoping for a Trump presidency in order to shake up the status quo, I'm reminded of the terrible things he is saying and that if he's president he might decide to believe those things. Kill the terrorists' families? Did not hear that one until the John Oliver video.

This is what was said of Schwarber, and it was mostly true, until the NLCS when every tough ball found him. Not that the Twins will make the NLCS this year, but I really dislike the idea of knowing that misplays by Sano in the outfield might cost us wins this year--not that saber metric, analytical, abstract type of win, but actual game wins.

I disagree. I think an "arm every child" law could be useful. If implemented properly, parents would be mandated to send their children to school with their fire arms, thereby preventing any future Sandy Hook incident from happening. Even better, public schools could contract with the NRA to teach marksmanship classes.
