    Clever. Arcia can hit. And of what we've seen from our other corner outfielders this season, Arcia might have been the least bad of that group, soccer kick and all.

    Agree. Something. It seems like Tampa Bay was pretty early in the waiver line so I bet there were several teams willing to make a deal for Arcia this week, to say nothing of his possible value as part of an offseason trade.

    .... we would be left with Mauer who has really improved now, Buxton most likely, Escobar and Dozier on their good days, and Sano as long as he's playing third base. And no corner outfielders would be left.
