I've had one migraine in my life. I feel for people who suffer them regularly. Some people say they are so bad you need to have absolute dark and quiet, but I couldn't hold still or stand the quiet. I had to get up every few minutes and pace around and either shout or laugh. Did that for hours. Was way beyond pain. Eventually I must have collapsed in exhaustion and it went away. I don't remember. And this concludes this "no one cares about your stupid s***" update
