  1. Do we know if he will be in CF most of the time with Buxton in FM now?
  2. Me thinks that Gardy has this rotation in mind, but goes with the right match up vs pitcher, who needs rest, who is hot, etc. Which is the really the way to go vs. just pure rotation.
  3. I would put money on TR not trading anyone. Wish I'm wrong because our roster is unbalanced but I don't see it.
  4. ^ and he is a right handed power hitter, which is a rarity with the Twins ( for some magically odd reason)
  5. Wow, I can't believe that ring is only at 32k. Fascinating story
  6. Thank you, I was ready to say "dude...chill"
  7. Hard to believe at first..... on second thought this is the Twins (at least starters) we are talking about. Not too surprising in context
  8. From the video it looks like Sano is moving his hands and bat a lot pre-pitch. Wasn't that something he was working on or am I complete off here?
  9. why WOULD he pick Gardy? 2 90+ loss season does not spell worthy
  10. I don't think we know what we have in Pelfrey yet. Guy is coming back earlier from TJ than anyone ever. He seems to be turning a corner a bit (2 decent starts in a row)
  11. When I first saw the title I read "Batman Beyond" (a animated show in 2000) in my head. Hope Buxton is as good baseball as Batman is at crime fighting- LOL!
  12. Knowing that Beltre made that many errors at that age gives great hope for Sano's defense. Beltre is probably the best defensive 3rd basemen in the game.
  13. Easy tiger, this is atleast a year early (more like 2-3). Big guy just got to AA a few days ago
  14. Funny, people were saying last year that Doumit is a prefect fit for this team and not all that much has changed besides catching prospects have gotten a year old. With Mauer Twins need a semi-regular hitting catcher. Even though defensively he is bad at least he is versatile and team player. He is valuable esp. to the Twins and probably more valuable to the Twins than other teams
  15. Umm...no. No reason at all to put Parmalee on waivers. Even if he bombs rest of year the Morenau (sp) situation makes him worth keeping. No way Buxton moves up that fast even if he continues to kill it and they are not going to give up on Hicks after one season. Florimon isn't all that (relatively) young. Meyer (the guy that TR traded Span for) is doing better than May and Worley (Revere trade) so I don't see how you can say that was a better trade (at least right now).
  16. wondering if there is anything for a gluten-free, lactose-free vegetarian (yes, I know I'm a tough one). Garlic fries perhaps? (I loved the ones at Safeco)
  17. I think this move was made a lot more for Benson's sake than the twins. It seems like he was mentally stuck and wasn't wasn't getting out w/o change of scenery
