  1. had to move quickly as I figured it was only a matter of time before someone else jumped on that one.
  2. What puzzles me is why you're even looking at such things. Toss the stuff in the dryer, turn it to timed dry, push "go" and be done with it. Guys don't care about the other crap. Wash, dry, stack on dryer for ease of use, toss in washing machine when done then run the washer when full. Easy, The rest? Nope.
  3. Okay, we've reached the "who are these people?" portion of this game.
  4. The middle option is for those who are too cheap for premium but want something a cut above the lowest grade. That would be me.
  5. Sounds like the Cliff Claven buffalo theory. “Well, you see, Norm, it’s like this. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it’s the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.”
  6. Excuse me, but, as the official host of the "Whine Line" shouldn't you always be thinking? As a matter of fact, I may just bring that up during the next installment.
  7. The Twins put one on the board, man on second and Adriana is up. And it goes about as expected. Ah well.
  8. Yeah, drinking sufficient quantities of carbonated beverages to get a decent burpee count can be difficult.
  9. The "someone needs to step up" approach. I completely agree. I would argue that it's also the job of the manager to identify the players who can lead and motivate them to lead.
  10. 71 wins. Not going to hedge, waffle, waver, hesitate or change my mind.
  11. No game day, only a score that shows the Twins getting beat, badly. But hey, it's only Spring Training, right?
  12. I was going to complain about work keeping me from Twins Daily but it seems that ST Twins have found a new low. Yay work!
  13. Bad omen. I hit mlb.com to look at the Twins and my computer decided it was time to croak.
  14. Yeah, I don't want to see Aaron Hicks 2.0.
  15. Not so much laughed as mocked.
  16. Looks great, let's break camp and start the season! It's a winner, I tell you, a winner! (or a TD goldmine of snark)
  17. Three games in, the roster is settled, right?
  18. You're not late, this is late. Amateur.
  19. Okay, finally. I couldn't get the video to work. I had to change my browser preferences to launch in regular mode rather than HD. Sheesh.
  20. Just getting in some practice for the regular season.
  21. And the team looks like it's starting off 0-1. That's it, off the bandwagon for me!
  22. Uh oh, I don't think Palka is going to break camp with the team. Look at all those balls hit to him he's not been able to field...
  23. Kintzler in the third? I thought giving up a run meant he didn't make the team? After all, this is the first game of ST. We have to get these things hashed out now, I say, NOW!
  24. So, your avatar is John Goodman from "The Big Lebowski..."
