How has Pohlad been in terms of interacting and being accessible to the media? Because he seemed to be making the rounds a little bit back in January and February. That's when hope springs eternal for every team. But he should show his face now and own that 'contention' comment. -
Is there anything at all to gain by keeping Banda and Garcia on the roster? Let Rojas get some work against MLB competition. Have him piggyback Prielipp. Hopefully Festa gets back soon and he can get a look out of the pen. Wins or losses are almost irrelevant at this point. Start building towards the future and cut the dead weight and retreads.

And I think what really stands out is that this team's starting pitching is good enough where if you had even a competent or mediocre bullpen, the Twins are .500 right now. What was done at the deadline last year continues to be a gut punch.

Without Sands, I think you can reasonably state the Twins do not currently have an MLB reliever in their bullpen. Maybe Topa if you squint enough but even that is being generous.

Trading Lou was malpractice. I will repeat that until the end of time.

Sim can't put people away. Danger zone.

Lets see what Sim can do tonight. He was better last week against the Rays. Hopefully its an upward trend.
