    Royce isn't Danny Valencia. While his hot streak to start his career might have been a bit of an overreach, I think folks are giving up too soon on him. With that said, his mechanics at the plate suck right now and they have for a while. Even going back to last year. He doesn't trust his lower body at all. They're not sending him to the minors so I don't know how they fix it. I thought he was breaking out of the slump last weekend but this home stand set him back. The other part of the problem is that Correa isn't really hitting. Buxton and Wallner are out. Royce's struggles are magnified and the Twins offense can't have him being an automatic out right now.
