    I always enjoy 3 in the booth better than 2. I think Provus announcing with 2 analysts is perfect. With 2 analysts Provus can tone down the home enthusiasm and just call the game. A former pitcher and former hitter is the sweet spot for me. Audra is fine but I miss Marney.

    The hardest position to fill is a front line starter. Joe Ryan is that. I probably over value Twins players but the return suggested for Ryan does not seem like enough. I think the player value right now is the return the Twins would get next year at this time with one less year of control. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm not blown away with the player value return at this time.

    Enjoy the game. Those seats are about where I am sitting Saturday. I bought tickets for the Saturday game as the probable pitchers were Ryan and Skenes.......

    The relief pitchers used yesterday will be available today because of the off day Monday. But, Rocco will be very hesitant to use them tomorrow. Two days in a row is his ideal max. I just hope Festa can keep his pitch count low enough so we can bitch when Rocco removes him after 5 innings again. I liked last nights broadcast teamwork. 4 in the booth was a bit too many so 3 will be perfect. I came away even more impressed with Pablo as a pitcher, competitor and person. SO....english is his 3rd best spoken language. Oh to be that intelligent, young and have a 60 million dollar contract in your back pocket.

    Jax powers his way out of the jam. So far Rocco's strategy is working. Going into the 9th with a rested Duran ready to rock and roll with a lead is all we can ask for. But 5 relievers is not sustainable over the course of the season.

    Stewart has allowed 4 of 7 inherited runners to score. Not good.

    Using 5 relievers per game is not sustainable. If SWR is really making adjustments as Rocco says he is, he should be able to face a lineup 3 times.
