    For the 100th time, the super two date passed sometime in May. A player is considered a rookie in MLB unless they exceed 130 plate appearances in a previous season. This threshold is important for eligibility for rookie awards and recognition.

    Zoll could have waited. Remember a few years back there was this phenom named Alex Kirilloff who did not get his first major league at bat until the playoffs. But give Zoll credit, Jenkins will not accumulate enough service time in 2026 to get to arbitration a year sooner.

    I'll guess a Chance and say this guy was a very good pitcher but not so good of a hitter.I think he is the pitcher all hitting pitchers get compared to.

    I agree it's looking more and more like the Twins are circling in the water closet. However, IMO, T-3 did the riight thing and got the team more help at the trade deadline. Now it's 100% on the players to get to the playoffs. Careful what you wish for, you just might get it. I just wish they didn't give up Dasan Hill.

    I think part of the issue is Minnesotans are know for being passive aggressive. So we aren't agressively applauding the opening lineup nor are we booing struggling players. I don't see that as a bad thing. Also we don't acknowledge the 250 foot pop fly ball nor the player jogging into 2nd base or down the first base line with boos. If he wanted more passion he would be guilty of deserving several boos for those types of plate appearances.

    All these players played in the minor leagues. This field is close except for the loooong pregame and pomp and circumstance.
