    If Falvey is finally driving down a lane someone needs to give him the breathalyzer test. Looks like he is swerving to me. Plouffe made the most valid point to me a few broadcasts ago when he said the good teams have more coaches in the minors. The Twins players coming up through the system are not fundamentally ready for the majors. Until Falveys attitude on minor league coaching changes the Twins are stuck with the same type of players on the team as we have recently.

    Then they have to pay the players salary for the rest of the year. We know that's not going to happen.

    I hope this is sarcasm. Kiersey literally has 4 singles and 1 hr on the season. I typed this right before he hit the home run.

    I’ll miss Bader patrolling the outfield but Kiersey is here so might as well play him.

    we don't know what goes on in the front office. Perhaps the Philly's were the only team interested in Duran at the 2 top 100 prospect price. Perhaps Falvey has been told he will have to slash another 25 million from next years budget. I do think $$$ is a factor here. Duran, Jax, and Ryan are due for significant arbitration raises and paying closer salaries for Jax and Duran is not Faleys style. I'm sad. Duran was the most exciting player on the team. I'm glad my grandsons got to experience Durans entrance and 9th inning dominance.

    The pipeline is not flowing yet. Hopefully SWR can keep spinning his new formula.

    I wish him the best but I was at Target Field when he made his debut. I saw nothing to get excited about. Pitches sounded soft, contact hits sounded loud. As Terry Ryan said, somebody has to pitch the innings.

    Rocco....."uncrisp game" I'd call it something else. Here's a hint, it comes out of the south end of a horse walking north. There have been too many games like that this year. If he uses that kind of language in the lockerroom no wonder his players don't worry about lollygaging their way down to first, lollygaging the ball around the infield. Do you know what that makes them?

    Miranda and Julien will be signing minor league contracts next spring with another team. They will not be on the Twins 40 man roster. I see no reason for any team to trade for them. Martin has one more year with the Twins at most, unless he starts to shine. In interviews he seemed satisfied with his production at the major league level. So I'm not sure he is motivated enough to vastly improve. Even his hits sound like weak contact. He has a weak throwing arm and his routes on outfield flies remind me of Ben Revere. Kind of zig zaggy. I can't see why any team would trade for him right now.
