  1. I like the headlines you’ve been putting with each affiliate Seth. I’m so tired of our guys getting HBP. We lose Keaschall for like three months and who knows on Jenkins. If EmRod could ever play a game and got hit, it would be like an assassination attempt.
  2. I would love for them to grab Quintero. He's young with power and average at centerfield (for now). He would be a great get and sort of seems like a better option than some of their more highly rated prospects. I'd like Rushing and Quintero for our bullpen guys.
  3. Idk who is responsible for sucking the life out of very promising twins prospects when they come up, but please keep your blight-ridden mitts off of keaschall. Can we just have him come up, have some success, and STAY HEALTHY????!!!
  4. I think this is a slam dunk case. Not only is he a more well-rounded hitter with an impressive strikeout to walk ratio, but he seems much better in HEALTH. And for the Twins org, availability is absolutely the most important ability. I think they should look to trade Rodriguez as soon as he shows promise again. He's such a ripe candidate to flame out.
  5. lol, so you say he could be one of the most exciting arms with some of the best upside in the system in a couple years yet he projects as a #4 starter??? Sorry, but I don't get excited for #4 starters. We have heaps of potential #4 starters
  6. I think they've done better for the last month or so with us all complaining enough. Though it's not as consistent as we would like. But, I would guess that this is Payton Eeles as this dude looks extra small.
  7. OMG, get Keirsey Jr. to the big league club! Psssst, any Twins FO lurkers, this is a good player who could perhaps improve your club, you may want to try him out. Also, Carson McCuster has been a fun prospect to follow. Nice pick!
  8. Thanks for the rundown. I suppose it would be too much to ask for back to back grand slam college pitcher drafts for the Twins.
  9. Would Soto be someone they would send to Driveline? Or do they not send people so young there? With his inexperience with pitching, it would be great to get him a heavy dose of offseason coaching to really refine what he's working on.
  10. lol, lets see him stay healthy for two weeks in a row before we talk about top prospect potential. This dude is out of the lineup more than Buxton has been. I can drool about his potential as much as the next guy, but his soft tissue is made out of Play-doh.
  11. Matt, I love the format of your writeups. They really are a good read and how you start each affiliate with multi-hits, etc is great. It's also nice to get a quick notion of the other teams' top prospects. I would love if Eeles got some prospect love in the end-of-season write ups. He is a pretty extraordinary story and I really hope he doesn't just languish in AAA as roster filler!
  12. Damn, I’ve been interested in Winokur since his draft write up. Great to see him explode. Do you guys see that absolute grand slam of a 2023 draft?? Jenkins Soto Keaschall Winokur Tanner Hall AND 2022 Lee, Prielipp, Schobel, Zebby, Morris, Lewis, Culpepper, Ross, Schuffield!!! Awesome drafts!!
  13. I like Lewis's game and he seems pretty nasty when healthy. I'm not sure what his velo is, but if it is mid 90's then this dude should be near the top of the list of our pitching prospects. LOVE Soto showing 5 inning stamina with some good run prevention. Does anyone have a good rundown of how last year's college pitcher draft picks are doing?
  14. THANK YOU for adding the name of the pictured player! Credit where credit is due. It is much appreciated!! I'm not as hyped about Morris's outing as some others. The results (run prevention) look nice, but the lack of K's isn't as encouraging. You need a really good K rate in the minors at least to make it in the bigs. It sort of tells me lack of stuff.
  15. Good luck. I've also been asking for literally years. I'll see it every once in a blue moon, but they just flat out won't. I mean, they actively caption the photo's, why is it such a big ask to just put the player name in there with the photo credit? TD, what is the big issue here? Multiple users have continuously asked for this.
  16. These are some of the more poverty-level owners in the game. Not as bad as the A's, but that's a low bar. All of you on this forum saying a trade won't do anything for the fandom, for our chances at winning, or pointing to other teams that have spent and lost are absolutely out of your minds. I want this team to compete at a high level. The window is open right now and sometimes you spend more than your budge, and sometimes you come under budget. With an open window you spend. If running a sports team is too expensive for the Pohlads, then they should just F-ing sell the team. FTP.
  17. God damn, some monster performances for some top prospects!! Look at high A!! Let’s go Chourio! Let’s go Gabe Gonzales!! Ricardo Olivar killing the week!! Priellip on the horizon?!?!!??? Brock Stewart?!??! Wallner exploding??!!! What. A. Week!!!
  18. What everyone seems to be forgetting or ignoring is that Emmanuel Rodriquez, while intriguing, is absolutely completely unreliable from a health standpoint. He hasn't played in weeks and hasn't consistently played all season. He needs at-bats in the minors but he can't get them because he's always on the shelf. He's pretty much a non-factor.
  19. To me, Raya is a complete non-prospect and certainly not what any of us wants him to be. I think at best, he comes to MLB as a reliever, but as an impact starter? I really don't see it. The severe innings limits, the wildly inconsistent performances, and his physical stature all tell me he's a nobody. Tell me I'm wrong.
  20. Hellman never gets any talk about a promotion to the Twins, but when healthy, he seems like he consistently hits and hits for power. I'd like to see him get a chance at some point this year. Also, not too impressed with ERod this year with his awful contact abilities.
  21. I have to imagine E Rodriguez will hot the IL again. He hasn’t hit at all since returning. Either IL or this lingers throughout the whole season. I’m betting on the latter.
  22. Seth et al. Thanks for another season of minor league reports. Best part of the site for me. Is it just me, or does this look like an absolutely ferocious draft class? If we had only gotten Jenkins, I think it would still be a success, but there are just SO many promising dudes in our class. This could be such a boon for this farm system!
  23. Martin definitely had a disappointing week, but I would hesitate to make any grand assumptions about him based on it. People have good and bad weeks all the time. He tore it up all through July/August, has a bad week, and all of a sudden it's like, see???!! Told he he shoulnd't be called up! He'll likely be just fine.
  24. I've mentioned this previously, but what's it going to take for Yoyner Fajardo to get a little prospect love? He seems to always be on base in these reports and I believe his average is at, or higher than 0.300. It seems like he could be a decent piece at some point.
  25. Anyone know why Jenkins and Winokur play so infrequently? Or if the other highly drafted kids play about the same?
