    This is why all the blah-blah about bring up the rookies and let them see big league pitching is so obtuse. That destroyed Billy Bean and can do more harm than good to the vast majority of rookies.

    That play is why Polanco should not ever be at Short Stop.

    Then why do pitchers now need more than three days rest? Even if they did not throw as fast, pitchers then would go a LOT more innings and be back on the mound with often very little time off. Now bp pitchers need time off after very little time on the mound

    LOL, I have come to like Gordon but right now, he is a nowhere man; I would like to see him steal bases when he is on but that has not happened much.
