    Fun fact: In 2015, Terry Ryan was a guest speaker at the Class A High School Baseball Tournament banquet right before the draft. My nephew's team was participating and afterwards I pleaded with Terry Ryan to draft "anybody but Tyler Jay." Ryan dismissed me... and drafted Jay a few days later.

    We don't need another pitcher that has no business playing in this league. I don't even care that Astudillo is getting sent down but there is no logic to having a 13 man pitching staff. None. The guys we have now can't get anyone out and our bullpen has thrown the least amount of innings in MLB. They should cut to 11, not increase to 13.

    I've had a feeling the last few years watching Rogers pitch that he reminded me of someone but I could never figure out who that was. He is Dan Plesac. I will have my first sound slumber in three years this evening now that that's been figured out.
