    Lite coin jumped to $48 yesterday for a bit, but settled at $44 today Not a bad 80% ROi in one month so far.

    Dude don't do it. As long as you can make your mortgage payments on time just keep doing that, hold onto the stocks long term, as even if they dip in the short term they most certainly will go up mid to long term (or just re diversify) If you want to go a safer route, sell the stocks and put it in a betterment account, its giving me back 11% YTD, and haven't seen it really dip below 6%. Why give up solid returns to pay off a low interest (and tax friendly) mortgage?

    Also to be fair, Tex has more career WAR then Mauer. I'm still glad we drafted Mauer, but saying the people who wanted to draft Tex over Mauer were "wrong" is a weird thing to bring up. Since both ended up being elite players.

    Yeah you really couldn't go wrong with Mauer, Prior or Tex. If Prior had any other manager his first few years he likely would be a hall of famer. Tex put up 51.8 WAR as a first baseman and in his prime was one of the best hitters in all of baseball (perennial 35 hr 120 RBI guy) 5 seasons of .930 OPS or higher etc

    The fact that Radcliff still has one of the largest says in this organization is exactly the problem. Radcliff, like Ryan, Gardy and Tom kelley all had a fine run, but like the rest the game passed them by. Despite what the Twins will have you believe: a little bit Turnover every decade or two in any organization isn't a bad thingz

    Who was screaming about the Mauer pick? I have the ByTO archives as do you, other than Dankind I'm pretty sure universally the fans liked the move.

    So the experts know nothing as well? Also plenty of "fans" know scouts and the like as well fwiw. God forbid someone criticize a pick that nearly every expert said was NOT the right choice for #1 pick.

    Well the Twins have been the worst overall team in baseball the last 6 years. It's not so much they think they personally are smarter than the Twins....just the other experts who are saying this is a bad pick...are in fact smarter then the Twins.

    The Twins have finished dead last in the division 5 out of 6 years. Traded away the ONE good first round pick they made the last decade not named Buxton (Hicks) and drafted guys like Michael, Wimmers, Gibson, Revere etc in the first round....they deserve all the mocking they get.

    Yeah you can't "sell" if they are still in the hunt. However pitchers like Santana are worth a lot more at the deadline then in the off season. Especially this off season where their is a lot of good FA pitchers. Which in fact HURTS Santana's trade value at the deadline as well. Guess the best thing to do is have the twins win "the whole ****ing thing" as Tom berringer once famously said!

    Yeah, he has been solid in the role overall, he's the last person I'm worried about with this pen.

    Because there are 3 other time zones? As someone who travels to LA/SF every month for work and goes to a lot of games, it would be annoying to have to be at a game for an earlier than 7pm start time. I am on the east coast as well, I personally don't mind it, and actually enjoy these late games a bit more anyways. These are the ones (along with afternoon ones) that I am able to catch the most.
