  1. Again these are from his TWINS sources who are spinning it how they want it spun. My source and reporting of the source has had involed no spin, bc I don't have to worry about some business/professional relationship with either team.
  2. Yeah, I think the Twins realize this as well. DeLeon alone isn't near enough to get Dozier. What if Dozier continues what he did last year? That would be such an insanely terribly lopsided trade for the Twins! This is why they asked for Alvarez as well (which the Dodgers are fine with) Now its the matter of them wanting more, which I think they deserve.
  3. I can confirm the Twins 100% are the one's "holding it up" But that's not nesc a bad thing, not at all. If it was the trade deadline and it passed...well that would be a different story.
  4. Nobody is saying any of the things you are claiming they are saying...
  5. My source is saying there is lots of chatter amongst the whole front office today. De Leon and Alvarez still is what they are saying, no updates about 3rd or 4th...sorry.
  6. We really should have signed Castillo instead. I HATE being on the hook with Castro for 3 years. I wish the Twins would just stop handing out 3+ year deals to proven mediocrity! No need to sign another catcher now.
  7. Bellinger isn't involved in the trade talks. At least from everything I have been told.
  8. Not sure, I haven't heard of anything involving a third team so I doubt it. I still get the sense that the twins don't want a salary dump either, dodgers would need to at least pick up a decent chunk i think.
  9. So yeah, you basically said it's "clear" all those players raped her. I said nothing is clear. It's a very difficult situation, but I have a tough time just saying that ten young men are rapists. Especially since none have been charged if I'm reading correctly? I'm not "taking sides" at all, it's a just a terrible situation all around no matter what.
  10. Yeah, I have little sympathy for the players who are doing the boycott this is a very very very poor hill to die on. Nothing positive at all is going to come from this.
  11. I don't think anything is "clear" to be honest.
  12. I'm now hearing things are "heating up" again, Dodgers have same offer on the table, but apparently they are engaging on other ways for the Twins to get the "third" type of player they covet. Stay tuned!!
  13. http://deadspin.com/report-minnesota-football-players-plan-to-boycott-bowl-1790167029?utm_campaign=socialflow_deadspin_facebook&utm_source=deadspin_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow This is just a very sad story all around.
  14. Yeah, the takes I see from Dodger fans seem to be valuing their own prospects (especially pitching prospects) far too highly. Twins fans do it as well though. When I suggested that Berrios was closer to a #2 ceiling type pitcher than a true ace many people tried to say I was being to negative. It happens, prospects these days typically get overhyped across the board. Grass is always greener etc etc
  15. dodgers and Twins FO are both pretty tight lipped. Just look at the Becky/Agon/Crawford trade, and the Jensen re signing.
  16. Cameron is way to much of a homer for me to take his non mariners related prospect trade takes seriously. Thats just my personal view.
  17. Cameron has zero credibility when talking about what prospects should be traded for a major leaguer.
  18. me either. The whole thing was stupid, id honestly rather have Nolasco and Meyer back at this stage.
  19. The Twins don't have a whole lot that will help the Dodgers "win now" Santana? Too expensive and they don't need him. Santiago? lulz Hughes/Perkins? Too risky Rosario? No need Kintzler? I mean everyone could use more arms, but now that he is a "proven closer" the price would be too high.
  20. I don't see why the dodgers would want to trade Pederson at this stage.
  21. Santiago isn't worth a comp pick, unless the Twins pick up some salary iMO
