  4. Top Gun
Twins go from slim to hopeless.
  5. Top Gun
Why pitch rp when you go SP waiting in the wings?
  6. Top Gun
The question is do you want Sanchez for 15M or go with what you got?
  7. Top Gun
The Twins do have alot of good young SP, trouble is it's going to take alot of time.

Nishi got a sac fly, all Hendriks does is wear out the bullpen, he has got to do better to stay.
  12. Top Gun
Well he is 0-5 7.04era 1.75 whip for the Twins and that is all that matters. You can't have that, he is worst than Nishi.

Forget about catching the injuns, can they stay ahead of the Royals. Sad!
  14. Top Gun
I remember him beating the Yankees in April, but the Twins kept jerking him around as the 5th SP, favoring Hendriks, Liriano and Blacky!

    J. Marquis (W, 6-6) cg 2 hit shutout over pirates!

Yes, if I were to sign one of those FA I would like to try them out a few weeks first. I was think a 3 for 3 with only one pitcher each. The Rockies have alot of there pitchers on the DL and talking about trading there closer, I remember the Rocks giving up Jimenz for him, that's alot that arn't paning out.

I think all three could pitch fairly well in the big ball parks of the nl west. they also need a replacement for Helton real soon.

The Red Sox are expected to call up Danny Valencia from Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday. He'll take the roster spot of Will Middlebrooks, who reportedly broke his right wrist when he was hit by a pitch during Friday's game. Valencia, who was acquired from the Twins last Sunday, has a .260/.301/.393 batting line in the big leagues and should see semi-regular playing time at third base down the stretch. He's worth a look in AL-only leagues. Related: Will Middlebrooks Source: Peter Abraham on Twitter

The V-queens are worst than the Twins!

When you got young pitching you can expect this, where is Nishi when you need him.
  22. Top Gun
Yes, Pomeranz, Rutledge, Young are all great targets. I would start with Willingham, Parmelee, Blackburn, Pavano, Capps, ect.

Twins manager Ron Gardenire said there's been "tons of debate" internally whether to option Brian Dozier to Triple-A Rochester for a few weeks. Dozier is batting just .235/.274/.327 with five homers and nine steals over 81 games, so the Twins are trying to decide whether he'd be better off getting some more seasoning in the minors. If he did get sent down, the 25-year-old would be brought back up in September. Source: Phil Mackey on Twitter
  24. Top Gun
Nishi should keep playing until Poffy gets back, maybe another week!
