Has any mlb team ever use 3 catchers in a lineup like the Twins?
  2. Top Gun
Don't try to be funny. It isn't that hard to find someone to look in to it, or to find someone to replace Span. This board and a fantasy teams has more brains than him. You make moves quickly or you end up in last place and the teams down the toliet for years to come.

The Pohlads can't be happy, I'm sure they are hearing it. The GM has committees of people helping him, it shouldn't take him long at all to decide what to do. It's time to wake up good old boy.
  4. Top Gun
He had all season and did nottin. A couple more season of nottin is still nottin. Maybe he should find more help to do nottin.
  5. Top Gun
I would shut him down soon, let the kids pitch.
  6. Top Gun
Liriano wins again, tonite he beats the yankees, TR what you say about that giving him away for nottin.
  7. Top Gun
That's how mangement works, they tie Gardy hands in hope that he quits, because they don't have the balls to fire him.
  8. Top Gun
The F O is pretty stupid. They are probably trying to push Gardy out the door too!
  9. Top Gun
I think Blacky could do as good if not better than Jason Marquis in the NL. SP is very valueable some would want him.
  10. Top Gun
They probably still lookin to trade him, down playin the injury in hopes of a quick trade before Sept 1.
  11. Top Gun
Bartlett, but he was release today. 1.5m buy out.
  12. Top Gun
Give the kids a chance to play. I know new young blood always helps a team this time of year.
  13. Top Gun
It's about time, Gray should be next, a few wins can't hold him much longer.
  14. Top Gun
Trade them all for a bundle of carrots and stick them up TR ...
  15. Top Gun
Poffy is done for he has had his glory.
  16. Top Gun
We don't need Greinke when we got Deduno.
  17. Top Gun
I hope he can get a win today and another QS would be big.
  18. Top Gun
The past is gone at last and the Twins will now stay in last. The F. O. don't care they get there money.
  19. Top Gun
Gardy could care less, the F. O. can sit on it.
  20. Top Gun
The Twins arn't trying very hard.
  21. Top Gun

Every game should matter, but a few heads should roll, starting at the top!

Twins sent OF Rene Tosoni outright to Triple-A Rochester. The move clears a spot on the 40-man roster for Matt Carson. Tosoni has spent all year at Rochester, batting just .218/.299/.314 with three homers over 75 games.
  25. Top Gun
Twins purchased the contract of OF Matt Carson from Triple-A Rochester. Carson has batted .277 with a .785 OPS in 448 plate appearances at Rochester this season. The 31-year-old hasn't appeared in the major leagues since the 2010 season and doesn't figure to get a ton of playing time.
