    I also do not get the obsession of tying Vargas' development to Bernier. It seems to be a stretch in the fabric of reality.

    Hmmm, after this series ends and an off day Monday, the Twins go to Pittsburgh for a two game series. Projected Pirate starters: Francisco Liriano and Vance Worley. Just so you can plan ahead to watch.
