    I rather expect Mr.Ryan to retire or take a consultant position in the organization, citing health concerns. The man is only a year removed from cancer treatment, after all. A season like this one has to take a physical and emotional toll. Obviously the interesting question is where the resulting search committee looks. Got no idea about that.
