**** off!!! Enough with the bloody HR's already!
  3. twinsnorth49
Oh Trevor........that's not what I'm talkin' 'bout.

Ploooooouuuuffffeeee!!!!!! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

Sano again....good base running by all involved there as well. A run......yaaaayy!!!1
  6. twinsnorth49
Just not enough tail battling, plain and simple. I mean, what else could it be?

I don't think the bigger point on Sano is lost on everyone. It just happens that his performance at the plate, no matter how unproductive, has been the only thing to celebrate. This lineup needs a shakeup no matter how you cut it. Unfortunately the best way to accomplish that has passed but there are still options available, they might not be optimal but it's hard to imagine they could be worse than the status quo.

Hunting isn't a sport, it's an act of cowardice. Shooting something with a high powered weapon from a safe distance takes a minimal amount of skill and no real courage. Particularly when that animal is a non predatory giraffe. These people should be dropped onto the Savannah and forced to defend themselves using nothing but their wits, then we'll see who's tough. In the words of Ricky Gervais "Sport is fair. If hunting was a sport the animal would have a gun too. If it doesn't you can't call yourself a sportsman, just a ****".

What makes this doubly bad is my sister is a Jays fan, she's going to be insufferable.........****!!

Just watching the same old **** day in, day out as if nothing is actually wrong with this team. Either nobody has the smarts to do something about it or they lack the courage. If players can't get themselves to play the way they are expected to, someone else needs to take matters into their hands. It's like everyone is watching the toilet bowl overflow and waiting for the other guy to grab the plunger.

None of them look to have much of a plan at the plate, Sano aside, he at least looks like he knows what he wants to do. The rest just look like deer in the headlights.

Paul Beeston is leaving Toronto after this year, Jays will need a new President.
  13. twinsnorth49
Not a lot of fight tonight, what can you say? Another horrific night at the plate, barely a whiff of battle. I'm usually a pretty positive guy but everyone not named Sano needs to get their heads out of their ass and start adjusting, everyone else has. Sadly, the talent just isn't their right now.

    As you wish.
  15. twinsnorth49
    Pink Floyd?
  16. twinsnorth49
If only TR was watching this game saying "what the hell have I done"? But he's not, he's apparently pretty satisfied with himself.
  17. twinsnorth49
    I agree.

    49 days and counting.

No big distaste for Hunter, just the reasons they brought him in and the fact they should have gone a different direction. The're fortunate they signed because they inexplicably decided the rest were a good idea as well, which you're right, was worse.
  20. twinsnorth49
Oh he's in there too, but at least with him it's not supposed to be the entire reason he's here. Pretty sad either way.
  21. twinsnorth49
Yeah, I'm sure Trev is pulling night duty with the little tyke.
  22. twinsnorth49
Speaking of Mr. clothes off, isn't time he charactered us a win?
  23. twinsnorth49
Plouffe...................sigh. It landed on the pretend grass even.
  24. twinsnorth49
    Win.....lol........good one zchrz!

You mean the 401? One of the main reasons to hate Toronto...................this picture is at Noon!!
