    I didn't have much of an issue with Gibson last night, he got a but lucky for sure but he didn't give up any extra base hits, struck out 6 and battled pretty hard knowing he didn't have his best stuff, he just fell behind too many guys. Hell even at that he was one bad throw to 2nd away from very likely keeping the score 2-0 after 6 instead of 7-0 PB. The fielding and and plate discipline are what depressed me, they were awful.

    Just go get Price, Hamels, Lucroy, Tulo, Chapman and Cueto and be done with it already. I mean how hard can this be?

    I didn't call him a scrub, but he's never been much of a prospect and his era this year has ballooned above 5 with an FIP of 4.41. He's been HR friendly, I barely recall the Twins even hitting a deep fly ball.

    I'm not as hyperbolic as Dave but the way they've looked the last two games is mildly concerning to me. My hope is Molitor gets their heads right because they've looked miserable since the blown 9th inning lead. I know it's only two games but the way they made a pitcher with a 5+ era look like the second coming of Sandy Koufax was pretty off putting.

    It was a nice play, I thought he could have got to Freese's 2 hopper up the middle. Dozier came almost as close. I don't think his arm is much of an issue, I think it's his best asset.

    Yeah agreed, not sure how Mollie figured the damage wasn't already done down 7-0. Boyer just emptied the bases so let him finish the mess.

    Yes I agree, I think that's what happened and they need to suck it up and refocus. Hopefully that's the message Mollie is sending and he calms them down. I'm not calling for him to be fired, c'mon now.,
