  1. Actions speak louder than words. That's my only comment.
  2. Well, I'm just shocked, possibly naively, that the electorate can't seem to focus on what matters, that's all.
  3. That's fine, stupid politics, but once it came out she had pneumonia, the story should have hit the back page.
  4. Well I guess much of that would be true, they are less likely to just blindly eat something someone offered them. Can't say I've ever traded lunches at work, lol.
  5. I thought is was more common to grow out of them. I was speaking more as a parent, my kids school has always been a nut free zone but never anywhere I've worked.
  6. JP "Ok, runner on 1st, nobody out, bottom of the 3rd, no score. What do you do"? "No, seriously, we need to know this stuff"
  7. What's the deal with the rise in peanut allergies anyway? Sorry, maybe I didn't notice people suffering when I was young but it didn't seem to me that anyone was really bothered by me bringing a peanut butter sandwich to school, or peanut butter cookies. Nut free cupcakes and such weren't a pre-requisite for celebrating a birthday in class. Van, you're on the younger side, was this a thing when you were in school? When did this really start?
  8. Perhaps she's worried about entrenching the opinion that women just aren't up to the rigours of the job, because you know, child birth and all. I personally don't think anyone is picking on Hillary over this, I think once again people are allowing the media to create the issues they should be focused on, as if there aren't more important ones. Politics win again.
  9. More of a sunflower seed guy myself, peanuts are ok though.\ My daughter just started cooking supper once a week for us, first up were some burritos. I was impressed! Preferred Moriarty myself, not because he was Canadian either. Also thought the pairing of Chris Noth and Jerry Orbach was best. Missed Noth when he left.
  10. Largely over people's obsession with trivial matters though. This thing would and should be over if only those people would focus on how ****ed the country is if Trump becomes president. Hmmm, Hillary not being quite forthright about pneumonia, or Trump as POTUS? Tough call.
  11. Thanks for your time guys. Best of luck.
  12. How about something that happened this century? Also, he said "stud " starter, I have some pretty strong doubts Mejia ever fits that description.
  13. Good news, let's hope the Twins don't botch the interview.
  14. I know I'd be first pitch swinging after the 2 batters in front of me just walked....
  15. Just on that move mind you, the rest stands.
  16. Zuke, that ball was 3 feet outside......and 3 feet short.
  17. Tight lower back apparently. I retract my mocking tone.
  18. http://s2.quickmeme.com/img/3f/3fe8db8858c39f54433f183e26cf400f94346c028d4ae31c8ec349fc12868e98.jpg
  19. It's a darn good thing Mollie got Sano's bat out of the game in time.
  20. 2 strong throws, both on the wrong side of the plate.
  21. Sano out? Yeah, bullpen's got this.
  22. Nice throw but what the hell was Rosario peeking at there?
  23. Damn, I'm going to miss those shoes.
